My Powerbook 180c didn’t have the tiny screw that holds the case together under the flap, so I replaced it with a similar one that turned out to be too long, but stilled seemed to work.
Opened up the machine for something else, and it turns out that long screw busted off a diode on the motherboard. It’s D1 in the picture, seems to be labeled A6 P33. Could someone help ID this so I can solder on another one? Also… I’ve been using this machine in this state for a few weeks now, could there have been any damage with that component busted while it’s powered up?
