How to copy LOS disk images from Floppy Emu to physical disk

I would like to know how can I copy the LOS Lisa office system 7/7 from the floppy emu images to a 400k floppy disk

What equipment do you have for reading and writing 400k disks? When we know what options you have, it'll be easier to pick a method.

I have an se/30 running system 7.5, other system Nextcube and Linux

If your SE/30 has a working floppy drive, I would get Disk Copy 4.2 installed onto it and then use that to burn Lisa Office System .dc42 disk images onto floppy disks. Do you have a convenient way to get disk images onto your SE/30?

My floppy drive works, but the only way to get disk images , I would guess is floppy emu

Will that work ?

Got it working , I had to start with floppy emu set as Lisa emulation

Then on the Mac se/30 use disk copy 4.2
