Macintosh Garden Disk Conversion?

Alright I just picked up a shiny new toy a Floppy EMU device. What's the easiest solution/path for converting stuff from the garden to copy onto the sd card into a reasonable format?

apple-power-macintosh-upgrade-card-installer-m2843lla Not sure what the .img format is but EMU doesn't like it.
img is /usually/ Disk Copy. Disk copy files usually need their resource fork, so they're not suitable for a floppyemu. You'll want to use ShrinkWrap to convert it to a plain .dsk perhaps? Not sure what way you'd do it with entirely modern software.

Only NDIF (Disk Copy 6) need the resource fork. Generally those are labeled as such on the garden.
Honestly though NDIF should be avoided and any existing images should be converted to dc4.2, NDIF is just a pain to deal with.
