Daystar Turbo 040 not working - Anyone out there willing to try and fix it?

I have a Daystar Turbo 040 33MHz accelerator that is currently not work. When putting into any one of three IIci computers I have, I just get a black screen and nothing else. I have tried swapping out the CPU for a known working one and it has not made any difference. Visual inspection shows no broken traces that I can find. Trying to fix something like this is well beyond my skill set, so I am reaching out to see if anyone out there would be willing to take a look at it and see if it can be repaired? live in the United States, in Minnesota.

I'd be checking that ROM in the socket next, plugged into an EEPROM programmer to see if you can dump anything usable from it. A deep clean in an Ultrasonic cleaner, or equivalent wouldn't also go astray.

I just got a TL866II programmer, so I will definitely give that a try. I don't have an Ultrasonic cleaner, but I am going to order a 22L unit as I have been meaning to get one anyway. Hopefully that will fix the issues with the Turbo 040. Thanks for you advise!

Well, I finally got around to doing more testing and it turns out the Turbo 040 had a bad ROM chip. When I replaced it with a 4.1.1 version it is now working again!
