Color Classic C4 Cap

I recapped my Color Classic and both pads under C4 were in bad shape. They were sort of holding on by a thread there at first, but as soon as I tried to stick a new tantalum cap down there they both just lifted right off of the board.

Does anyone know where they connect to, so I can try to salvage this board?

Ok. After I vented my frustration, I got out my magnifying glass and it looks like they just go half an inch or so and connect to some circular pads. I’m going to try to round up some small solid core wire tonight and solder back to these pads. 

Even so, without the C4 cap, it seems to work great. Not sure what that capacitor is supposed to do. But it didn’t change the behavior of the computer as far as I can tell.
