aladds
So ages ago I looked into this and couldn't make it work: Recently I saw something on Hackaday which made me think: https://hackaday.com/2019/07/03/amiga-in-the-mist-gets-online-with-an-esp8266/ So I got a copy of the project: https://github.com/martin-ger/esp_slip_router (Had a bit of confusion with ifconfig and slattach on linux to get the port speed configured) Hooked my 540c up to it (Which already had InterSLIP installed from the last try) and it works! Yes it's unbelievably slow (although not compared to the 36.6k modem I used to use), but if I get around to making a working battery for it (which I have done in the past) then this would be truly wireless with WPA2 support and I don't have to spend £300 on an impossible to find card cage.
