  1. Hello.... I was reading about a older card from Sonnet called a Sonnet's Tempo Serial ATA PCI adapter card: https://www.sonnettech.com/product/tempo_serial_ata.html I went looking for a used one, but could not find one. Are other companies making PCI SATA cards that I could use in my Blue & White? I did a search on Amazon and ebay and did not find anything that I thought would work. Many are available, but all I could find were PCI SATA cards for PCs. Thanks mraroid
  2. Hey everyone, got my hands on a TAM recently, was in much better shape than advertised. Had all the original boxes, plastic wrap, foam, everything. Even the apple logo decals were still on their sheet! Had all sorts of accessories like an extra back, a riser card for the comm slot and also what appears to be an extra pci riser card as it already has one installed. In the PCI slot right now is a Twin turbo 128m/m2 and I had a Apple 10BASE-T Ethernet CSII Twisted-Pair Card in a 6500 that I was able to transfer over to the comm slot.   3. So I picked up this card on eBay for $20. PCI IDE seems to be very hard to find, so I wanted to snatch it up even though it's ATA66. I hope it doesn't have the 120 GB drive limit, but if it does I'll live with it. So I plugged the card in (to my PowerMac 7300). I hooked up a 40 GB IDE drive, as master, to one bus. And an Apple/Sony branded IDE super drive, as master, to the other bus. This drive is out of a Mac Pro I believe. The hard drive works no problem. The optical drive does not. It won't boot off the optical, and it won't show a disc in the optical, if I boot off the hard driv
