  1. G4 processor swaps

I think that I have the software if you need it though.
  2. I just bought a TAM!

Bought/sold about 25 TAM's... only time it was ever the screen was when I bought a unit from someone and they had been in there messing around/didn't properly secure the screen's ribbon cable. I highly doubt it's the screen. Also, you should trying toggling the CUDA reset and power button on the back i.e. Power button on then CUDA and repeat 2-3 more times.
  3. I just bought a TAM!

I usually go with this, since it fits in the HD bracket well (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0036DDXUM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
  4. I just bought a TAM!

Throw a IDE>CF card adapter in there. The adapter and CF card I use are from Amazon. Like 45 bucks for a adapter and 32GB CF card.
  5. G4 Cube turning on and off randomly

I know they had an issue with the touch button being sensitive in certain conditions, high static i.e. lightning storms people said they would turn on. I think people would put a piece, or two, of tape over the button on the inner part to the case to reduce the sensitivity.
  6. G4 Cube turning on and off randomly

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that Cubes prefer to have 10.4 on them and run 9.2.2 through that. I haven't messed with mine in quite awhile but I don't recall any of them having 9.2.2 as the only OS on the machine.
  7. Help identifying printer

Not too sure about the validity of the signature, but just wanted too see if anyone knew what it might be from. No part number(s) are listed on it at all.
  8. Help identifying printer

I'm not sure if this is an Apple printer or not but I figured someone here might be able to help. Can anyone identify this cover/if it's an Apple printer? I appreciate the help!
  9. PowerBook help

After carefully checking everything online, and appreciate the feedback, I think a PB180 is going to be the closest to get this gem working. Assuming that's the case, I'll be posting some new items to my quest this week! They will not disappoint.
  10. PowerBook help

So I'm working on a very special powerbook and need some help... the motherboard has the PowerBook 165/180 style CPU connector (larger than the PowerBook 170 style). The issue is the inverter board. The board on top is the one I need to use with the PowerBook's motherboard for the connector but the LCD this laptop came with only has 2 wires to it. The lower board has the correct connector but cannot attach to the board correct. Does anyone have any suggestions to get the LCD working?
  11. Lisa Keyboard Pads

Yeah I've seen people charging a lot more so I figured I'd post this as it's a fair price.
  12. Lisa Keyboard Pads

Found this on eBay. Seems like a really good price. I've seen people trying to sell them for $3.00 a pop... http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Set-of-100-Foam-Capacitive-Pads-for-Vintage-KeyTronic-Style-Keyboard-Repair/272636680075?_trksid=p2060778.c100276.m3476&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIM.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140725133649%26meid%3Dd9ead83734b240778b43e77682349ee0%26pid%3D100276%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D302297095267
  13. PowerExpress/PowerMac 9700 Prototype

That's for sure a pex. I have 2 at this point and all the marking are right. What a sweet unit. I know Jim well and will ask him about his Manhattan... if he has one.
  14. Lisa HD Question

I've been trying to determine how many MB's the HD inside my Lisa is... the only indication I have for anything is the number of blocks. Is that how one tells what the internal HD size is?
  15. Dynamac EL manual?

Hoo ray for keeping some history alive
