I want like a icon that shows the 68kMLA logo and a color Apple logo small enough for like AppleFritter icons, you know at the side where your info is? Plus I need one for Leoville forums and some other ones, can anyone throw one together? Thanks!Jeremy "I'll see you on the Dark Side Of The Moon" - Pink Floyd Covert Ops 68k 68k Hacks General Macs Liberated:16 |

Why don't you make one yourself? I think there's an editor over at iconfactory.com.Fleet Covert Ops Padlock Magnet |

that's a great idea. i just tried to use the logo at the top of the page and it didn't work. then i tried to use the logout logo and it's now a little scrunched, but it works on fritter.maybe we could have a properly formatted logo for such use at the bottom of our forums page that could be linked to even by members who don't have someplace to put up their own graphic for linking. jt ™ p.s. i just realized that you can glom a logo from somebody elses page. somebody on fritter already has a multicolored apple logo posted. it's linked to on his own homepage and it might br a little rude to link to his page, but you could snatch it and use it somewhere else. if you tweaked it a little and linked to it on your own host, or is that considered bad form? seems to me that many people don't have any compunctions about snatching CONTENT, but that drives me up a wall. Actually, no, I didn't. I haven't been over at 'Fritter or the MAF much, lately. I ended up changing my avatar at 'Fritter (and AAF) yesterday, anyway, as the animated beer-tap G3 just didn't look right. Maybe I'll perfect it later... 666th poster and 666th thread-creator Mod of the Mac II series Forums Total 68K Macs liberated: 7 Regular Disappear! Edited by - cinemafia on 29 Mar 2002 10:26:17 |

for apple fritter and most others, your image needs to be around 66x66 so it doesn't get resized, thereby distorted. just adjust the size of the background so it fits. if you're unsure how to size it, copy any avatar and fill in it's area with your own stuff.my avatar can be seen on this page: http://www.applefritter.com/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.pl?board=68k&action=display&num=1017234489 quote: and two, have you ever tried doing ANYTHING on a 6300

Either save them into GraphicConverter (the picture thumbnail will be the file's icon) or copy and paste them into the icon field of a Get Info dialogue.~Coxy - Leader, Tactical Operations Unit 00014 Macs liberated |

Ah, just a simple cut-and-paste. It seems a little small, though. If I had an icon editor, I might be able to enlarge it.Wonko The Sane Engineer-in-training 3 Macs Liberated "You can't possibly be a scientist if you mind people thinking that you're a fool."- Wonko The Sane |

I posted this on the applefritter forum awhile ago, but here it is again.I have been making pics of macs that are 64 x 64 (the applefritter size) And now have them on my schools server. You can see them at http://www.desconnect.com/~mseal/Pictures/Mac%20pics/. If you want me to stick some other pics of your own up, I have plenty of space. Oh, please ignore the thing at the top of the page, the school software is strange... ------------------------- Total macs:12 Total comps :27 |
