yah! that base in the picture must be bigger'n a freakin' igloo, nice hack, no wonder it's so expensive. probly sellin it to pay for setting broken ankles, that cd tray's gotta hurt!

well...considering not very many people have the 700 MHz model (shipping dates + backorders...etc) I guess that's a fair price?

whups! didn't realize that was an Oz ebay auction...just seemed too much like a "typical" eBay seller to me

In the bad news this week:

The earliest I'll get my CDRW G4 iMac is at the end of the month when the dealers may get 1 or 2 models, and my name is at the tiop of the list. Otherwsie I have to wait until the end of April/May!

so bid on the aus ebay job at a reasonable level and if you get it, cancel, sell or auction yours when it comes in if you can't.
