There are these Dell Optiplex-whatevers in one building on campus. They're fairly old, Pentium-120 or so processor, 48 MB RAM, 2GB HD, Win98. My Quadra 700 uses the internet about as well, and peforms almost every other function faster and more reliably. It's running OS 8.0, btw.
These aren't based on benchmarks, just anecdotal evidence. But still. Old Macs got feet!

the proper nomenclature for the definitive 68k support structure implementation would be feets! but your reference would be better expressed using the concept of "legs" and possibly a modifier based upon the concept of length, IMHO.
