Let's break down the word...

em - at one thyme, no different than the prefix "en"

big - large

biggen - hackish style of adding sylables to words, in order to change from adjective to noun or verb, etc.

ing - suffix usually used to change word to verb, and in present tense.

em-big-en-ing = Enlargeing
