I kinda want to get a Newton. I am so utterly disorganized, and I keep losing my little notebooks. ( I figure if I pay more than 60 cents for something, I'll keep better track of it) I don't want anything too fancy like internet access. So would it be worthwhile to get a pre-2000 series MessagePad? If so, which one should I get and how much should I pay for it? Is there a good Newton resource on the web?PFC Tallgeese 68k Mac Liberation Army 68k Macs Liberated: 3 |

It is worth getting a newton, probably the best device I owned. Plenty of good resources, turned up by a simple web search. A cheap newton would be a 120 or 130, earlier models were more crap. (You want one with OS 2.0 at least)I don't know good US prices for newton. ~Coxy - Leader, Tactical Operations Unit 68k Macintosh Liberation Army (now with forums!) 00007 Macs liberated. |
