The Macintosh smiley icon pops up, but it just sits there, and nothing else happens. Can anyone pls help me?

Because it's not a 68k, it's not really covered by our domain. and, because of the peculiar build of the 4400, we can't even really make the stretch based on OS either, since there's a lot of PPC-only things that could be wrong. It would be best if you try posting this over here.
