 battery amnesia

Thanks to some helpful advice, I found Battery Amnesia and got it onto my PB 165. I've run it 4 times, but I still don't get a good charge. How many times should I try draining the battery before I give it up as hopeless? I still only get about 10-15 minutes on extremely light usage.

My Powerbook 145 has 3 batteries, all which hold less than 5 minutes of charge. If the battery holds less than 30 minutes, consider it dead or near dead.
