Symptom: no response to power button. Cause: pulling out power plug when running.

Is there an easy way to tell if it's the mobo or the power supply that's fried?

If it is the power supply, will it need replacing, or is there some kind of circuit breaker inside that can be reset? (Wishful thinking I guess...)

sometimes there there is a cylindrical glass automotive fuse in power supplies, but i wouldn't bet on it in an apple box. duo psu's are notorious for blowing a 99 cent capacitor that causes a similar lack of response, are you pushing a power button on the case or the keyboard, i assume you've checked connections/keyboard etc?
