The other day, i was going through a whole heap of my old crap, and i came up with a wonderful idea....seeing as though its Summer, and i'm bored, why don't i make a Mac powered cooling system? What i'm plannign to do is this: Get a couple of small 12V fans i've ripped out of dead PC PSUs, and using a bit of cable, sit them on my desk, and hook them up to the power supply on my PM8100! The reason for this is because these fans are quite powerful, but are smaller than a desk fan, and don't take up another power point. I've already got all the stuff i need...just gotta get some electrical tape and make up the cabling.

Yes...that way i'm cool while i use it. I'm also considering using a looooong cable so i can put one of these fans i'm talking about next to the iMac.

You should stick a thermistor on your forehead and wire it into the fans. When you head gets hot, the fans wuld run faster. Either that or the system would tell you to drink a pot of XXXX, thus lowering your clockspeed for cooler operation.

lol, that would be quite interesting... cooling and heating based on your own temperature.
