Well today I pulled a mussle in my back playing with my cousins. It hurts so bad that I can not stand up or sit in a chair. Thankfully I have a wireless KB and mouse on my XP box. So dropped the resolution on 21" moitor down to 800x600 and am posting from my bed. I really hope I feel better tomorrow as I was planning on going into work so that I would not have to burn a vacation day.

ouch… I feel for ya man… my backs been hurting kinda randomly for a few days…
