The CRTs for all of the compact macs are interchangeable. The deflection yokes, however, aren't necessarily. So, just unscrew those, and swap only the CRTs. You'll be fine then.

Thanks much for the quick post, I broke the vacuum seal on the neck of my '30. I'd wondered if the dead Classic I found in the street a while back would make a good donor just before putting it back out there tonight!
