Yes. I'll e-Mail you my address. Your e-Mail is accurate, right?Yeah, those behemoths sure are loud, aren't they? Actually I do have a ESDI behemoth but it's only 100MB or so and it's in a PS/2 Model 60 luggable tower. It survived a Performa 6400/180 that fell on top of it and knocked off the front. |

You put a 4' server on a shelf? All the big cases I have owned have those fold out stabalizers on the bottom to keep it from tipping over.

Its not firewire, and i probably want more than anyone here would want to pay. I *did* disassemble it, very carefully, and found my suspicions to be right, partly. It is one, not all 3, of the front buttons that the solder pads came loose on. It must be some sorta circuit where one goes and they all go however. I can take pictures if anyone is interested in repairing it. If someone *does* think they can repair it, contact me please, I may be interested.~The Penguin **| Want free 68kmla email? I think I can repair it. I have a decent track record with such things, plus I took a class on soldering and am PACE certified. I fixed the autofocus on my video camera. It was rubbing. It turned out that the focus ring got bumped and was out of alignment. All I had to do was "bump" it back to where it was and now it works fine. |

Mmm, cool. I will take a couple of hi-res pictures for you, or anyont else, to look at, hopefully "assess the damage." I'll have them up later today, it's school time now.~The Penguin **| Want free 68kmla email?
