Is there a yahoo messenger for 68k, or is there a way to communicate with yahoo messenger people from a 68k mac?

No, no 68K Yahoo! Messenger. Yahoo! Only recently supported Mac OS Classic so it's PPC only. (The official one that is)

Perhaps someone wrote a clone. Yahoo isn't terribly complicated and IM's aren't anything resource intensive so a 68K should be able to handle it, just a matter of does someone make a clone.
