I am working on my serial server project and I just can not get my holes to line up. This is reoccurring theme on any project I work on no matter how time I measure I always make the cut wrong. Oh well good thing I don't do stuff like that for a living.

sometimes I have to measure stuff to an accuracy of 1 micron at my job using a dial indicator. It sucks when you get different measurements every time you run it across the surface, since even a slight change in temperature will change the size of the part.
