Oops

I remember telling people quite a few times about one of the limitations of Q700s is that, while they take 16mb simms, they need to be lowprofile ones or they won't fit under the drive tray

Duh me. I actually LOOKED harder today, and found my higher profile 16mb simms fit JUST fine. It's the vram simms that wouldn't fit if they were highprofile. As I haven't seen high profile vram simms thats not a problem.

The high profile 16mb 30 pin simms fit with room to spare. Oops again

dana ( http://www.danamania.com/temp/30pin.jpg is one of said simms)

…for a long time I thought every 68k I had except the 950 used 72-pin SIMMs ^_^' [then I looked in the IIsi's case… Whoops…]

If I open my window all the bugs will get in…That's just one more reason to use a Mac!

That little chip there COULD be a PAL chip, but might not be...you'd probably have to try googling the number on the chip or something.
