I was wondering where in the heck you'd get that many Macs from! And besides, where's the 605s?

One guy I know from MacAddict has like 60 or 70. And mum thinks that the 11 working ones i have are a lot. Dana, are those 45 all working? I have 11 working Macs, but if i count the dead/parts machines, i have 17 machines in total.

Edit - Those are the Macs. If i count all PCs (that is, dead or alive), I have 26.

The main reason i was thinking about putting the 950 board into the 9150 case was because fo this: If I recall, doesn't the 9150 case have one more drive bay, for the floppy drive?

My 950 is still sitting in the closet. Just no room for it at the moment.

That is sad about the 9150.

I might be able to rent out a storage room where I live to place a whole bunch of servers, if so, the 950 willbe the first to be placed. (Wireless access to networks, cool eh?)

Definitely search long and hard for the 9150 parts you need, that machine is beautifull, not to mention incredibly hard to find.. almost had one once... lost auction never saw one again...

I remember one time at the Shop i worked on a Q900/950 that had been upgraded to WGS 9150 status. It was a standard Quadra 9xx case, but it had a 9150 mobo, and the label had been covered with an Apple sticker saying "WorkGroup Server 9150".

When I first clicked on the topic .......

I immediately felt that dana had finally snapped. But then I couldn't see any 605's so I was suspicious :)

I wouldn't put it past dana to actually buy that many macs, hell if the price was right I think I would too.

I feel so left out of the high end now…
~20 Macs total [all work except for the built in screen for the SE/30] [But, I am prepaired… 48 port 10BaseT ethernet rack mount hub, just waiting for some computers… ]

Was there a thead where everyone listed how many they had total, that worked?

No picts that I know of, ML5

If I open my window all the bugs will get in…That's just one more reason to use a Mac!

LOL, that does remind me that I should make that list/database/spreadsheet of all the computers I've ever owned, with notes on what may have happened to them, what I used it/them for and such..

One thing I can say, I can't say that I've ever owned more than one of any certain kind of machine.
