Wheeee!
I got my braces off two days ago!
Normally, I wouldn't expect to post something like this, but i had them for like 4 years, i needed to vent. I feel bad for those still in them!

I remember when I got my braces off. I could actually PLAY THE FRENCH HORN again! It was so wonderful!

Speaking of brass players, I haven't seen thelip around here in a long time. Anyone know what happened to him?

I remember when I...

...used to wonder why all the other kids suddenly got braces and I didn't!

BigMouthed Dana?

lol, well I still to this day wear the same retainer as I did in 7th grade, that was also the year I got my tonsils out...

some advice penguin:
wear your retainer EXACTLY as they tell you to, I only wear it irregularly and it borks out sometimes... (like it hurts badly when you first put it on, and when you take it off....)

Ohh the pain of a retainer. I only wear mine a week or 2 before my next appointment, and it hurts like hell to fit the bottom set on. Usually takes a few days for the teeth to fit it again.

I'm glad I got my braces off when I did. I really didnt want to have them through all of high school. Though I dont wear my retainer any, my teeth are still nice and straight.
