I have to get rid of my 68ks to increase PAF so there is the Q700 with the bad floppy drive, and no installed system and the LC.Just posting here before I toss 'em in the trash. The only thing i am interested is a PCI ethernet card that works with the 'Classic OS' and/or a mac/pc monitor adaptor. Please note that I am low on cash at the momment so the buyer will have to pay shipping for anything. Well... We like to call it ÜberGather2k6/7 |

Don't toss them in the trash! That would be utterly foolish. If you can't get rid of them then just tell you parents that you couldn't find anybody at this time but throwing them in the trash when they are working is stupid.======================

It's really sad actually but most people don't want old machines, even machines like a Macintosh, there is a really hard time getting rid of them because even if you find a donation system for them, they usually sit there for another few months before they do some cleanup and trash them anyways.Best thing to do cats is to take the logic boards out and components and put them into a box and store them, at least the heart and soul of the mac isn't gonna be trashed. Logic boards and PSU are not as big as the whole unit and maybe someone could use just those to fix an old system. And not to mention it's cheaper to ship a board/PSU than a complete system.
