This post is sponsored by Cyberdog 2.0 PPC.

It works, alot faster on many sites than Mozilla, Ie etc etc.

So, now I found my best friend for doing casual surfing!

it's also a telnet/eMail/FTP client, and ithas apretty cool way of managing bookmarks.

Generally I see it as a nice browser. How well does it render most pages?

maybe you should pop off an eMail to apple and ask them if you can use Cyberdog as a base for eVille...

It's worth a try, or perhaps learn how OpenDoc works and create a new one.

Thats a good idea! Why didn't we think of that before? Only problem is that there is no OpenDoc for Windows or OS X....

How is an 8100 with OS 9?

I find my 8600 lags enough with it, hence why a browser is hard to get that runs decent enough.

Quite nice actually. I was very surprised with its performance back when it had 56 megs. Of course though, now that i've found a couple of 16 meg SIMMs, it now has 88 MB. Its niiiiiiiiice.

It's not suprising a several year old technology can win hands down for speed compatibility etc over Ie. Practially anything on the mac is better than Ie.

I think it's safe to say that as a viable product for workplace enviroment, Ie is pretty much dead. Even many expert users and computer and business folks are switching because they are tired of the crap Ie gives them. I see it that Microsoft is slowly dying and it's gonna squirm like a fish really good to flip out back in the water of monopoly.
