Hi - I've been looking at WebCamTURBO v1.4.3, but is this the best? (It's presumably the cheapest - free.)

What would be required to make a WebCam-connected computer take pictures and regularly dial up the modem, upload the pictures, and log off?

I'm very interested - any help would be great. --Jon
