I just got done download YDL last night over my dialup connection at a steady rate of about 4-5kbps...

I'm currently burning it, and I'm going to be testing it out tonight on the Blue/White G3.

I already have my partitions set up for YDL on the TiBook, so it'll be getting a trial with YDL as well, I am not sure if I'll decide to keep using YDL on the TiBook, or even on the Blue/White G3 (*my server)

YDL'l only go into 800 by 600 on my mom's flatpanel, weird because every other OS was ble to go to 1024 by 768...

I'll be trying YDL3 with the TiBook, and a different monitor with the G3 tonight.

I might reinstall YDL, because I'm not sure if I got the set of packages that i wanted.

Although Version 3 is nice, it still has bugs. I had to recreate users I told it to make during setup, it would not accept the display I was using, and liked to flicker up and down like a TV that has it's Vertical Sync off..I finally had to choose 800 x 600 VGA generic. But that enabled panning for a "virtual 1024 x 768" desktop which sucks.

RPM's didn't work iether, it wasn't setup by default to luanch a package manager for them. I wasn't really happy with it.

lol, I'm having problems with display as well... like it won't go past 800 by 600 at all, and with an LCD that's supposed to do 1024 by 768, you know how that works out right? (it's UGLEE and ther's no room for working and junk...

I haven't gotten it completely working on the TiBook yet... at least I know how not to mess up my partitions this time
