For PPC's you can download Hotline Client 1.8.5 by clicking here. For 68k's you can download Hotline Client 1.5.5 from the 68k hotline server (after installing 1.8.5 on a PPC) or you can just click here to get Client 1.5. (P.S. - I deleted your double post) 666th poster to the 68K Macintosh Liberation Army Forums Mod of the Mac II series Forums Total 68K Macs liberated: 7 Visit my site! My friend was talking about the 68k hotline servers and I just wondered where to get the client. I noticed that you deleted my double post. When I went back just a couple of minutes ago it was gone. Thanks and I have some questions about your Quadra 840 so I'll send you an email.68k Macintosh Liberation Army Christophillis- Privite First Class Total 68k Macs Liberated: 4 |

Actually, I can't check me email until I get home, so unless you'd rather not have it out in the open, feel free to start a thread down in the Quadra forum. 666th poster to the 68K Macintosh Liberation Army Forums Mod of the Mac II series Forums Total 68K Macs liberated: 7 Visit my site! |

* BUMP * The link provided above doesn't work anymore. Any other source, please ? * * most HL servers are currently down, so a FTP/HTTP link would be better T.I.A. Edited by - SharpSHooter on 09 Jun 2003 04:04:03 |

I actually like using Pitbull Pro 2.4.0 better than the original HL Client. Don't have to deal with the ads and it's a lot more user friendly. It also has a great seach engine for looking through all the trackers. You'll easily pull up over a 1000 HL servers to check out. SAme for me, but PitBull won't run on a 68k. When I need to d/l a big file on a crowded server, I prefer to let a quiet 68k mac doing the job during the night 45 68k Macs Liberated so far ! Edited by - SharpSHooter on 09 Jun 2003 04:57:15 |

Good point. I've collected some different ones and provided them all on my HL server. Currently there are the normal ones for Macs and windoze, plus one for Linux and BeOS on there."One slip and down the hole we fall" Stryders Community http://www22.brinkster.com/originalstryder/db/default.asp Come and check it out. |
