Came back from a Vancouver trip and brought back with me a good 100-200 floppy disks worth of 68K software. I even got original disks for Microsoft Office 4, SAM, Photoshop 2.5, and tonnes more.As I test 'em I'll put up all I got and what they do! BoJ |

cool! I love finding software with it's original discs and/or boxes...in a load I had last summer I got alot of in box software... while I won't have macs for awhile, I'll be keeping it anyway though... "on the off chance" [;P] I originally wanted to put copies of it up somewhere for download... don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon though... whenever I find it and a mac/pc with a floppy drive I'll see what I can do for that stuff... good haul though! Yeah, it depends. You need to be in the right place at the right ime, and find people who are somewhat technologicaly inept, and who no longer have need for something they paid for.For a few years I "leeched" in the sense that I tried to repair stuff for a friend whose company paid for all sorts of stuff like Printers, Fax machines, laptops you name it, and when the life of the machines was in danger, he would call me to fix, and often I would get them after they die, because ither it's not worth it to fix it or it's too much hassle, so it's just easier for him to let the company buy a new one. So I got lots of printers, faxes, laptops and whatnot from him over time, and I spent the time to fix as many as I could.
