 Won an SCSI nubus card

I got this on EBAY:

Atto Silicon Express IV (SE IV) SCSI card for Nubus Macs, 1 internal 50 pin connector ,one internal 68 pin connector 1 external 68 pin. Marked as "SingleEnded SCSI Only".

Do I need drivers for this or will it just work?

Im putting it in my 840AV

Anybody have the driver disks that came with a ATTO Silicon Express IV scsi nubus card?
