Mouse Starting Member USA 3 Posts	Posted - 08 Aug 2003 : 10:05:29 Hello all! Long time no post. Anyways, just felt like sharing today. I managed to score not one...not 2 but....6 Macs today. One of my professors went to a computer auction an got a boatload of old macs dirt cheap. He had me come into the lab to help him test them, as he knows nothing about macs :). As a parting gift....he gave me 4 Performa 630CD's and 2 PM 7100/80 's. The Performas appear to be mostly stock (36MB RAM, 500 Meg HD, LC040's) however I was shocked to see that they all had Ethernet cards in them. I'm really annoyed because for the second time at work I have missed out on a massive haul of computers. 3 of the developers got 2 B/W g3's a beige G3, a couple of 7300's and a couple of 7200's, with as many 15 inch monitors as they could carry!!! -------- LC 2, LC 3, Q605, Perf 638, Colour Classic (160 603e) 6100, 7200, PTP 225 (Quad 604), PM 9600, G4 Cube
