I'm sorry, but there is no such thing as a PowerBook 120. You have one of the following machines:

PowerBook Duo 210
PowerBook 100
PowerBook 140
PowerBook 145
PowerBook 145B
PowerBook 150
PowerBook 160
PowerBook 165
PowerBook 165c
PowerBook 180
PowerBook 190
PowerBook 190cs

The hard drive from the 180c will fit in any of these machines, except for the 150, 190 and 190cs. Same goes with the RAM, except that the RAM will not work in a Duo 210, and may not fit in a 100. Some case parts will fit on any of the machines in the 1xx series, except the 190. Floppy drives are interchangable throughout the 1xx range, except for the 150, 190 and 190cs, which all use manual inject floppy drives.

Hope this helps.

You can't swap the CPU between a 180c and a 140. The one on the 180c uses a longer plug, and therefore it will not fit.
