I thought I'd bring up this nicen'n friendly topic of "how's the weather today?"

I'll start off the topic by saying
I'M PHREAKIN SCARED!!!!
it's like... 3:45 in the morning right? and I'm awakened from a dream about our old 'skateboard car' by this howling sound... there's a dust storm a'happenin'!
in the living room, the poor unfortunate door, RIGHT FRUDKING IN FRONT OF MY COMPUTERS had come open!!! so I closed that...
Just as of late... there's been two flashes of lightning that I can see... and they both seemed pretty far away...
I really do wonder what it looks like outside... just in the past few weeks we've had some wild rides waiting these dust storms out inside mom's trailer and even while in our house...

now that our Single-Wide manufactured home has it's skirting (finally no naked houses) it seems alot more stable in the high winds...

and NOW I'm thinking to myself...

"OMG"!!!!!!!
"MOM & DAD HAVE THAT JOB AT THE ARIZONA FORD PROVING GROUND!"
"Are they OK???"!!!!!

this is partially because mom mentioned maybe having a "Trailer Tow" where they tow a weighted (or not! :!) trailer out on the open highway...

I really should be asleep now... and I'll try again in a few minutes, but with that kind of noise in the bedroom I doubt that I'll be able to.
I also doubt that I'll be able to close the windows...
go figure.

WHOAGLAYVENNA! I'm sure everything will turn out ok...we've never had any problems driving during storms, so everything should be ok...even though your parents are in a Ford.

Over here it is hot. Really hot.

So, I'm staying in unless I have to go out, or if there is something I want to do, like perhaps a concert on Friday and an outing with my best friend..I promised her I'd get her a Mike's Hard Lemonade drink...

She's underage but I know her enough that she'll be with me when she has the drink and it's not gonna send her for a loop.....One can won't do anything. Her parents are just really..ummm...dumb. heheheh! I'm breaking out in the giggles!

We were laughing so hard the other day on the phone, we both just all of a sudden in life start laughing for no apprent reason. It's a blast.

lol... exactly "how" underage is she?

yeah... it's always hot her... and the rainless monsoons make it "hot and windy"

we're in a valley with mountain ranges on either side of us, and it does rain occasionally on the other sides
in this case, the grass really IS greener on the other side!

Hehe. I was using the computer the other day during a thunderstorm. I was sitting there thinking "hey - I really shouldn't be using the computer in a thunderstorm" but I kept using it anyway. I hate how the computer paralyzes you like that.

Storms are fun, when I was younger I had to finish my paper route int he middle of a thunder storm cause I had already started and it just all of a sudden started. It was the best adrenaline rush I ever had, I was alive that night. Lightening going every, thunder. Yeah!

thunderstorm in CO fried my computer 3 years back. I had a Voodoo 3500 with the TV tuner. I had about a 25' coax cable going from the downstairs, outside of the house, and up to my room. Bye bye mobo. . .

if you have any sort of coaxial cable hooked up to your machines. . .get those lil rubber insulator things to stick onto the ends. . .

Weather in Boulder, CO is beautiful as always!
In the summer it rains for about 5-15 minutes at exactly 3pm daily (at least 4 times/week minimum). . .and look, it just started raining! Just like clock work. It cools everything down. this place has the most amazing weather!

It's been raining on and off for that past 2 days here. I guess it's supposed to continue for the rest of the weekend too. Some huge storm has decended from Canada. On the satalite images it looks like a freakin in land hurricane.

You must live somewhere near where I do then, becase that same storm actually made it RAIN here! It's been really dry and unusually cold, so you know it must be a strong storm when it actually rains. Then you also said you saw skamen's Macs and he lives over in Big Rapids.

I know that I live less than and hour and a half away from gdogkzo, who lives in Kalamazoo. And Skamen of course who lives in the same town. But it would be cool to live by another MLA'er.

TBoJ, Try about a hundred miles, (+/- 10-20)

I am in Powell River right now, anyhoo.

I am going to be in Vancouver again this coming weekend.

Last weekend, I went to illuminares somewhere in east van, and it was cool.

Smirnoff Ice is better than Mikes. Vex is good too.

I used to live in Renton, WA; making my closest MLAers clinton & TBoJ (south-west canada) Vancouver, BC...

I also believe I've seen people here who say they were from WA... but not quite...

I now live in Kingman/Golden Valley, AZ... so my closest MLAers would actually be the ones living in Las Vegas.

It's like just under 100 miles from here to vegas...

that having been said...

Now I'll say this...
