Hey everyone - I've got an older Polaroid film scanner and the Photoshop plugin doesn't seem to work with v7.0.2. So I'm assuming it's a Photoshop 6 plugin. I tried a hotline search and came up nil. Anybody have this on their server?

Thanks in advance,

The Lightning Stalker

We had a polaroid negative scanner at my old HS, I think it worked with a special application that would do the scanning outside of photoshop. If that is true, then just look for the application on polaroids website. We may have done it inside of PS, in which case it worked with both 5.5 and 6.0 under OS 8.1 or 8.5. Give it a shot and see how it works.

Have you tried using the plugin with Graphic Converter or something like vuscan instead?

Thanks for the feedback.

That's where I got the PhotoShop plugin from. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an application there. The driver download consisted of an extension and the PS plugin.

Okay, Google searches found several different programs called Graphic Converter, so I'm not sure which one you're talking about.

I did, however, find vuscan. I'll give it a try.

Thanks much!Go to Top of Page

The PC route is out because it's a SCSI scanner and my PC SCSI card doesn't have an external connector.
