Hello again, I have a working Laserwriter IInt in the basement that I don't use anymore. I saw someone sell a LaserWriter II NTR on ebay for about $40 USD. Do people still buy LaserWriters? It's working with the paper tray and cartridge. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=112479

How much would one of these be worth?

Well at 45lbs its heavy, maybe somebody local to you will give you $30 for it if it has a toner cart in place.

You can always try ebay. Why not just keep it for your macs

Well I have a StyleWriter II that I never use as well. My main machine is an iMac 333 and it doesn't do serial ports. My other computers aren't used much as well so... Also I'm going back to school and rooms aren't large enough for a 60lb printer.

I was hoping to selling regionally in eBay. I'll be in Toronto in september and hopefully somebody will pick it up. Would a Personal NTR be better than a IInt?

If any of your 68ks have ethernet, then you should be able to setup a bridge between your ethernet LAN and any serial or old-style Phonenet/Localtalk networked printers.

Where would be the best place to sell it?. A Canadian mac forum similiar to this or on ebay?
