I´ve heard PowerBooks, also 190´s does never works with A/UX...Is this really true? No hack possible? Because of the hardware indeed impossible? CU

It's never going to work. The PB190 was designed a couple of years after A/UX, and on top of that, it has a surface mounted, FPUless 68LC040 that cannot be removed without destroying the logic board. On top of that, even if you somehow put a full '040 in it, it would never work due to the fact that the video and the rest of the machine's architecture is not supported."**** em" - Jobs in regards to customers

I disagree. I replaced the CPU in a PowerBook 540C, and I'd just as soon replace it in a 190. Without destroying the logic board. ,xtG

Not destroying the chip is a bit harder, but keeping the board intact isn't all that difficult.,xtG
