 planing to buy a Newton MP 130

I'm planing to buy a Newton MP 130 for 40 $ ( Prices are damn big for tuff like thatin Ukraine )

I have i few questions :
Is there somekind of software that can make newton act like a remote cotrol with cool graphical UI

Is there a way o connect it to a PM g4 quicksilver ? ( maybe using a USB-2-IRDA )

has all the Newton info you'll need & more!
You can have a remote control, certain brands/models only.
Can connect via USB-to-serial adapter to the G4.
