I have a Newton Cigarette-style modem somewhere, I think it's slow as all get-out, haven't tried it yet, also I'm sure I have a Megahertz PCMCIA that's Newton compatable (at least 14.4KBPS) in a box somewhere. I just moved and haven't set up any of my toys as the wife made me toss my desk. If either interest you, I can start digging.

heh. I have a modem. I had to remove the top of it, because it was distroyed by my dog, but the modem still works, and works well, it just has no top. I alos have an old megahertz modem with one of the pins missing on the Xjack thingey (it's stupid, because unless you can order new ones it's useless, but if you want it....)THNXxnx "can you put your hands in your head? oh no!" 10000Th poster and 1000Th AND 1500Th topic creator in lounge. and remember, if you try and install mac OS 10.2 on an early G3, you will go insane, and aquire a thirst for blood! |
