I recently came into possession of an Apple set top box prototype that was made around 1995. When I opened it up I discovered it had a 68lc040 processor. It also has a HDI30 port on the back so I tried hooking a zip drive to the back and booting it off of a zip disk, but it did not work. It also has an ADB port, a serial port, and an Ethernet port on it, but no monitor port. Since it has a 68K processor, does that mean it is techincally a 68K Mac? Should I count it in my forum siginature? AnubisTTP 68k Macintosh Liberation Army Macs Liberated:15 |

Um, no. While the STB is kinda nifty as a conversation piece/Apple collectible, it isn't an actual computer and doesn't actually do anything, so it's not really a "liberation".
