Trying to burn various cd images ov operating systems, some for X86 and some for PPC. Odd errors when I try to burn Darwin for X86 in Os 10.2.5 with Toast 5.1.4. Tells me that the image is like tens ov gigabytes! I burned Darwin for PPC with no problems. Same issue when I tried to use it to burn Linux images ov "planetCCRMA@home"…
I've read in some places that when burning *nix images one should not try to mount the images first, that the .img will just work as is if it's ISO9660. I don't know. I only have a few cdz to put stuph on, so I don't want to waste them if the burning doesn't work.
I would love to read any suggestions or advice on burning various Unix- like cdz! Likewise if I experience any interesting results, I'll write back.
