Well I connected an s-video cable from Quadra to Powermac & it did'nt work, just like you said cory.Funny thing is I had video from my PSOne(playing Cornershop Born for the seventh time) & before I had plugged the s-video cable into the powermac I had videomonitor running & had flashing colours on screen in correspondence with the rythm of the music. These colours appeared more as digital distortion & only appeared along the left & the bottom of the screen.
I do not hold the above as conclusive proof of anything as the powermac has a mind of it's own & it took ages of fiddling to get it to display video & even then it was black & white, oh but then another time it worked!
I just don't like my Powermac it is for sale, I want a new G5 iQuadra!
