Since everyone here is all poor and I'm... not, I'm offering to buy some domain names for 68KMLA. I'll maintain them as long as the group is still around. And I won't rip them off. I'll transfer them to someone else if I stop coming here, etc. Everyone vote on some names and I'll buy the 2 most popular ones and redirect them to whatever URL or nameservers.

well we're a non-profit organization so I'd say 68kmla.org would be a good domain name.

Someone needs to register some names now before some other shitty bastards buy them up. If nobody buys 68kmla.org and 68kmla.net in a week I'll do it myself. Of course, I'll set it up however y'all want it.

.tk is unacceptable due to pop-up ads. Sure, I have them blocked, but they're still unacceptable. I have very little problem with in-page ads, but pop-ups are the root of all web-evilness...

.tk is great ... just for the reason that you can switch off the popups ... you can either choose

1. popup ad (default)
2. inpage ad
3. NO AD

who ever registered.tk ... login to the control panel ... and go into "My Marketing" ... select the domain ... and choose "No Ad" ... click submit .. and BINGO ... the ad is gone
