i've got an old 5500/225 mobo sitting around and it's got one of the video capture cards on it (not sure what exactly it's called, but it has RCA and SVideo-in jacks). the 5500 board is gonna go in the 5400 because it's got a better video card and it works alright with XFree86 in linux. anyway, i'm not gonna be capturing video in linux, so i thought that maybe i could take the card out and throw it in the LC630. it looks like it's got the same slot but i just want to make sure it'll work and not fry the card.

go ahead! it's the same card as would be in the 630 and it'll work like a charm!

good luck
