Is eBay an option? There are lots of Beige G3;s for under 100 USD, they are stock and X will not be *super fast* on them, but it will run and they are easy, cheapish to upgrade, drives, PCI cards, etc can be carried over to newer machines--------

I wouldn't even consider a beige g3 for more than 150 USD, unles perhaps it's had a 400MHz+ G3 and some other nice upgrades. There are just too many in the 100 USD region--------
