I'm running Debian on my 660av, and I can't find any good sites on how to do a lot of stuff. Specifically, I need to set up the system to get TCP/IP settings from my router. Google has been no help. Where can I find this kind of seemingly-basic yet elusive info? A link to a comprehensive and yet understandable reference site would be much appreciated, so that I can figure this stuff out for myself in the future.

www.debian.org

...

IIRC they almost ALWAYS have a comprehensive set of documentation concerning their fine "linux" product

CHECK, though to make sure that the ethernet ahrdware in the 660 is compatible with their distro... sometimes the AV macs are "finiky" like that...

Also try googling for what you want with 'HOWTO'. There are lots of howtos to help you out. Sounds like you want a 'DHCP Howto'. If you can't find it, post back and I'll go looking.
