-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yesterday (Sunday), Alb2550 and myself began working on upgrading his SE. We had no working SCSI hard disks to put in the SE, only a corrupt SCSI hard disk (with working SCSI interface), and a working IDE Hard disk (of the same brand - and similar models - Conner 120mb I think ) We removed both of the drive interfaces off the drives, and put the SCSI one onto the (previously) IDE drive. SUCESS! It worked like a charm! Now the SE has a 120 mb internal Hard disk! We then used Micronet to format it, etc... We also did a ram upgrade (but this is no big news) just from one mb of ram to 4.
This is obviously more of an upgrade than a hack, so please feel free to move it into "other tech" if necessary.

Actually it was a Quantum 80 MB SCSI hard disk that I had dropped(Apple logo, Small drive same size as a floppy drive). and a 127mb Quantum Prodrive AT that I got from some guy for free.
It wouldn't be any use posting pictures as both drives look exactly the same.Unless... Nobody believes me WAHH!
