Maxed-out RAM?

If you mean your Centris 650 - according to Everymac, it came with 4 or 8Mb standard, and would be 132 or 136Mb as maximum - which I presume means the original ram is motherboard ram. 128Mb simms + 8Mb on the motherboard = 136 :D.
