In lieu of the fact that soon, some of the Tempest Servers will be going online, I am creating a central database which will contain basic contact information for users who wish to be informed the moment servers are available, and those who want to be on the list of users.

The database is secured by passwords, and will eventually hold all information relating to passwords, password hints and secret questions, plus what account number you are assigned.

The reason I am doing this is because we need a central database in which to keep track of all your settings in the event we have to repair any of the servers.

It also helps because the database is global, so if one Admin is not available at a certian time, another Admin can look up your information with ease.

The database is really quite simply, and has only about 15 or so fields.

So, if you have signed up yet, I may be contacting you soon to verify your information to include on the database.

Yes it's the same thing. I just need to keep people all orginized by contact info, otherwise it gets all messy if folks sign up and I don't get correct contact details and if something goes wrong i no know what to do.
